Join us at The Shores Restaurant to enjoy exceptional seasonal cuisine, spectacular oceanfront views, a fun wine list and friendly hospitality! Our award-winning Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Augie Saucedo have created menus sure to tempt and inspire. The season brings a bounty of delicious local items, which our chefs have incorporated on the regular menus and also on their monthly "Sip & Savor" Pairing Dinner menus which invite you to savor a highlighted ingredient as you sip delicious paired wines.
Happy hour is offered from 4 to 6 p.m. on weeknights (be sure to check out the "Five for $5" menu). While our General Manager, Lisa Redwine, has revitalized the wine list to include familiar wines as well some of her own favorites.
